Both Manu Josiah and Leilehua Yuen have a long history of performing on Hawaiʻi Island.
Probably best known for hosting Hawaiʻiana Live!, which played for seven years at the historic Palace Theater in Hilo, they specialize in “edutainment,” a performance art which combines education and entertainment and may use a variety of media and techniques.
Currently, Manu and Leilehua host Ma Lalo o ka Pō Lani, a monthly presentation at the Visitor Information Station on Maunakea.
They also perform at other venues on the island, in Japan, and North America.
